Salida, CO is where Corbin and I are living this weekend. It’s absolutely gorgeous here. I love trying to eat healthy on the road, and Shallots Restaurant killed it this morning. ❤️ The vanilla, Greek yogurt deliciously coated fresh made granola that had the most perfect crunch. Bananas. Blueberries. Strawberries. Raspberries. Can I get an Amen?
